1. Soak with water for about 1 day, and change water frequently (depending on the size of the swim bladder and the amount of water).
2. Put the swim bladder into boiling water, add a piece of ginger, boil for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and bake until frozen. Remove and replace with cold water. Change water often, the swim bladder can be clear and thick. Avoid touching fat oil. (repeat the above procedure 3-5 times)
3. To make the fish bladders delicious, first boil the broth, and then add the fish bladders to boil for about half an hour to one hour. (depending on the size of the swim bladder)
